Why? … you may wonder!
Due to my capacity to identify multiple perspectives (finance, geographical, psychological, capabilities, image, and other). Mediate their impact in reaching the set outcome. Weight in different interests and resources limitations.
An MA in Management from the Open University Business school UK, the BA in Economics from Bucharest’s Economy Academy, Trainer and Consultant in a lead Management Consultancy Company, Training Manager for 1000 employees one of the biggest players on IT&C market, experiencing the market boom doing IT&C niche recruitment projects for an independent boutique recruitment agency as Managing Partner, and the recession doing ice breaking HR department startup and HR processes reengineering in Online Media at the lead company for online unique users in Romanian online environment as HR Manager, and managing the myriad of sensitivities of culture differences in an organization flagship of International Education in Bucharest as HR Manager, challenged me to find practical solutions to business needs from Human Resources point of view regardless of the obstacles, time specific restraints or culture barriers.
Starting my HR career path purposely in 2002 I have developed my skill in building alongside the management team the strategic road map for the business analysis (from HR lens), and putting together the tools to make the plan a reality. (Including, yet not limited to: resources gap analyzes, training plans design, training implementation and delivery, recruitment management: sourcing, selecting, testing and assessing candidates, HR administration as well as labor law due diligence, conflict management, cost – efficiency management, performance management)
I could also describe myself as an emotional mother, a passionate golfer, and a strong believer in winning.
I consider myself a blessed and accomplished person, loving everything I do, happy to serve and help.
